Most users will relate to MailPoint primarily through the Outlook user interface. The Outlook integration has a light footprint, is intuitive and provides your users with all the tools they need in their daily interaction with MailPoint.

The following main features are available:
1. A mail folder where a simplified MailPoint web panel is presented, containing all functionality needed to search and retrieve email, in addition to tagging.
2. A plugin menu allowing you to tag emails within any mail folder in Outlook.
3. Virtual folders representing tags. Users can define their own virtual folder structure via the Settings folder in MailPoint. Inside the virtual folders, all emails with that specific tag are displayed, filtered by confidentiality level. As an easy way of tagging, emails can be dragged from any other Outlook folder into a virtual folder.
