SharePoint integration
An increasing number of organisations use SharePoint as a platform for internal cooperation and information. MailPoint ensures that information in emails is available in SharePoint as actionable items. Through the mail list integration emails are not only made search- and retrievable inside your intranet, but mail items can also be used as the starting point or supporting information in work flows, problem solving, news articles and more.

The integration can easily be maintained and developed by your own system administrators. After creating a new mail list in SharePoint, you simply copy the URL of the list into the mail list field of one or more Tags. Subsequently, all emails tagged with this item will automatically be copied to the correct area of SharePoint. Further actions like workflows, case management etc. are handled using the native functionality of your SharePoint site. Simple, yet powerful.
